What is LuBulb?

LuBulb is a smart light bulb that provides complete control. Change colors, use dynamic lighting effects, adjust the lighting on and turning off speed, and… discover that this is just the beginning of its capabilities.

Colour management

Add your space some colours! Our smart light bulb emits light in 16 million colors and supports 30 personalized lighting scenes created by LuON experts. With their help, you can completely transform the atmosphere of your home!

Light temperature

LuBulb smart bulbs allow comfortable adjustment of color temperature from cool to warm. With them, you can create a unique atmosphere for relaxation, provide eye comfort while reading a book, or enhance your productivity when working.

Universal thread

LuBulb light bulbs are equipped with a standard thread – E27. Thanks to this, fitting them into popular types of lamps won’t cause you any difficulties. You don’t need to replace fixtures with new ones – just screw in the light bulb to enjoy all of its capabilities.

Works with Apple Home

luonOS is a closed system, but it is fully integrated with Apple Home, and in the nearest future, it will be integrated with Matter as well. This allows the LuBase central unit to offer incredible configurational flexibility and the ability to tailor it to your own needs and expectations.

Do you want the main light to turn on instantly while the decorative lighting slowly builds up, creating a unique atmosphere? LuBulb doesn’t limit you – you can easily set the startup speed down to the second.

Memory of last state

Power outages are a common occurrence in your area? LuBulb can remember its state before a power outage and restore it upon its return – either turning on or remaining off.

Do you have a large home? For LuBulb communicating via LuAiR, this is not a problem. Each light bulb in your home passes the signal further. Thanks to this, wireless communication can reach hundreds of meters.

What is a service?

Service is a task performed by a device. Example: LuBase is a device, and controlling the lighting is one of the services it offers.

LuAiR communication

LuAir is a wireless communication method used in luonOS, based on ESP-NOW technology.

Signal relay

All LuON devices connected to a constant power source transmit the LuAiR signal to other devices within their range.

Free configuration

The flexible software in LuBulb allows you to freely adjust parameters that were set rigidly in other products.

Direct communication

LuBulb can communicate directly with other devices designed by LuON. By bypassing the LuBase central unit, LuBulb light bulb operates reliably even in the event of hardware failures.

Logs recording

In the LuBase central unit, you can check when the LuBulb light bulb was turned on and at what brightness it was shining. Logs are stored for up to 5 years.

Device update

Devices update automatically when they are rarely used. You can also use the manual update option - for a single device or all of them at once.

Additional features

Last state

The function allows you to save the state of the light bulb before a power outage and restore that state upon its return.

Adjust light parameters

The speed of dimming, brightening, turning on, and other parameters can be adjusted in the range from 0 to even 2.5 seconds.

Brightness

The light bulb allows brightness adjustment - the minimum brightness ranges from 0% to 40%, while the maximum brightness ranges from 60% to 100%.

LuON Scenes

Dynamic, static, and user scenes can be integrated with Apple Home scenes or used in quick actions available in the LuHome app.

Device swap

In the case of unexpected events, the LuReplacement feature allows you to replace the light bulb with another one. This way, you don't have to modify scenes and automations in Apple Home.
